  • On-site coordination for a seamless event day

  • Full venue decor, including backdrops, florals and table settings. ***Decorations will be sourced by another vendor if guest count is over 50.

*Event must be booked at least 6 months in advance. Client budgets typically start from $6,000 and up, depending on the scale and scope of the occasion.

    • It Is best to book as early as possible, especially for popular dates, but we can work with you even if your event is last-minute. For large-scale events, we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance to allow ample time for planning and execution.

    • Yes, under the “Full Planning & Coordination Service” we coordinate with all your event vendors, such as catering, photography, entertainment, and more, ensuring they align with the event timeline and needs.

    • Our team handles every detail on the day of the event, ensuring everything is set up according to the design plan. We manage vendor arrivals, oversee the setup, and provide on-site coordination to ensure smooth execution throughout the event.

    • We are happy to work with your existing vendors if you have them. If you don’t have a preferred vendor list, we can recommend trusted professionals for your event.

    • Backdrop installation refers to creating a specific focal point, such as a backdrop for a stage, photo area, or altar.

    • Full venue setup includes the entire design and decor of the venue, including table settings, centerpieces, chairs, lighting, and backdrops, ensuring every detail is styled to fit your event's theme.

    • Parties interested in floral arrangements, please note that full floral designs and large-scale venue florals will be sourced from a trusted vendor. We work closely with expert floral designers to ensure your event receives the highest quality and beautifully coordinated florals to complement your overall vision."

    • We do not provide services for weddings

    • Our pricing is based on the complexity and scale of your event, including factors like venue size, number of guests, decor requirements, and additional services. We provide a detailed proposal after the initial consultation.

    • Our cancellation policy varies depending on the services provided. Typically, deposits/ retainers are non-refundable, but we work with clients to reschedule or adjust services if necessary. We will go over the policy in detail during the consultation process.

    • Yes, we are available for out-of-town and destination events. However, travel expenses (such as transportation, lodging, and meals) will need to be covered in addition to the service fees. We will provide a detailed breakdown of any travel-related costs in advance, so there are no surprises.
